We go out every day now, anywhere...
We're just friends, and no one thinks so, but I don't care.
We go out, into the city, when we can.
I'm messed up, but you like me, as a friend.
You know where I've been.
Where I was, where I am, where I'm going
And you said all along to go back where I started from,
but it's not comforting when I'm lonely.
We stay out until the morning, to see the sun.
We're pissed off, not at each other, but everyone.
I know where you've been.
Where you were, where you are, where you're going,
but it's not comforting when you're lonely.
Avant-garde indie pop gems from Japan with melodies that go unexpected places and all sorts of quirky instrumentation. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 20, 2018
Like reading the diary of a loved one who passed before their time. Memory for memories I've never had. A further evolution of Anna Burch's style from Quit the Curse, but no less timeless for it. This album shifts away from the more experimental/instrumental styles of Quit the Curse, and in its place more massively emphasizes Anna Burch's divine song-writing. Evan Brown
